Something to add

(wife writing this time) An interesting turn of events today. Jan Arne got a phone call from the doctor we met yesterday. She had discussed Jan Arne's case with another senior oncologist specialising on colorectal cancers and he had suggested that in the next treatment they will add a new chemo to his cocktail, Gemzar (gemcitabine) which is most commonly used for pancreatic and lung cancers. Let's hope it will have an impact on the metastases in the lungs! Have a good weekend you all! It'll be another warm one in Finland, the heat wave has lasted almost continuously since the beginning of July.

Hello Finland
I've been pondering what's preferrable. The "heat wave" summer Finland and alot of the rest of central Europe has experience or the rather cool one we've had here in Norway. The Stavanger temperatures have been what can best be described as resembling a good summer in northern Norway (not much rain, but also not many days above 20 degrees C). Thats OK though, I notice I've been VERY appreciative of those few warmer day. Family is doing well. Leon is growing fast and is collecting a sizeable amount of cuts and bruises in his daily pursuit of fun! The newest addition to the family, little Nathaniel (8 weeks)is also growing fast and is ensuring that both parents have their hands full :-). Aneta and I are dreaming of a proper holiday next summer. Thinking of going to Greece for its laid back atmosphere, lovely weather and not least the gorgeous food (...still recall that Marjo is one of few people (who I've met)that share fond memories of the italian movie "Meditteraneo" with its azureblue waters that radiate universal appeal...)

Have a wonderful autumn all of you*

Congratulations Johan and Aneta! I bet you have your hands full, yeah! If Finland would be an option for your holiday planning, please let us know. We may be able to offer lovely summer weather also next year if the climate changes continue to stir up this world! ;)

Take care!
